The Manager can monitor users clock in and out in real time.  It’s an automatically updated attendance list you can look at to quickly see who is there.  Link to the database over the network to monitor from anywhere within your LAN or WAN.

DAILY QUALITY CONTROL

The time clock system is only a tool, and relies on the employees using it
correctly and consistently.

Therefore, it is recommended that a manager review employee activity and correct mistakes using Time Manager -> Editor at the end of each day to make sure everyone clocked out and scanned the right job.

A frequent mistake is an employee forgetting to clock out at the end of the day. If this mistake is not corrected, when the employee tries to clock in the next day, it will actually clock him out for the previous day.

It also means the reports cannot be run for that date because they can’t calculate the time worked if someone is “still working.”
