HOW TO USE
SOFTWARE SETUP
First, run the “Time Manager” program. The different modules and reports are available from the main screen.
The default password is empty. Please set one as soon as possible in the Setup screen.
If you would like to keep track of the jobs your employees work on, check the “Scan Job Cards” option.
To keep Employee ID Numbers invisible you may wish to check “Hide Data Input”
If you will be using a fingerprint reader, simply connect it to the USB port now. Then click on Employees to enter the names of your employees, their Employee ID Number, and to register their fingerprints.
BARCODE SCANNER SETUP
EMPLOYEE ID CARDS
a. Enter your employee’s information under Employees
b. Print ID cards using a barcode font (one is included on the CD) in the format *E123* where 123 is the employee’s ID Number.
TASKS/JOB CARDS
a. Enter job information in Tasks
b. Print ID cards using a barcode font (one is included on the CD) in the format *J456* where 456 is the Task ID Number
